Crew Management Services:
We provide end-to-end crew management solutions including sourcing and selection of qualified seafarers, verification of documents and flag state endorsements, coordination of medicals and training, and arrangement of travel logistics for joining and repatriation. Our team manages crew change schedules, ensures compliance with STCW and flag state requirements, and supports seafarer welfare through insurance, family assistance, and emergency support in line with owners’ requirements.
