DR BINAY SINGH
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Binay Kumar Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of One Vision Maritime (OVM), along with other notable companies: Notable companies in Cyprus and Ukraine Singh Marine Management.
Dr. Singh is an exceptional individual. Not only is he an entrepreneur, but he is also an author and a public speaker. He believes in providing people around the globe with positivity, love, and endless enthusiasm. His faith is emulated by one of his most classic yet indefinite sayings: “Treat people as you like to be treated.”
With a Master of Science in Marine Navigation and a Doctorate of Philosophy, Dr. Singh is a well-known expert in the field of international shipping. Throughout his twenty-plus years of expertise, Dr. Singh has also nobly assured over 7000 seafarers’ employment security in various parts of the world.
Dr. Singh is a proud native of Ukraine. He spent the past 28 years living in Odessa.
Dr. Singh has displayed generous efforts and commitment towards seafarers and their families. In 2017, Dr. Singh won the Most Charismatic personality of the year by Sailor Today. He was also awarded the 18th Sailor Today Sea Shore Awards 2019 for Seafarer Welfare.
CAPT. VIJAY PAL
Co-Founder
With more than three decades of leadership experience across the global maritime sector, Capt. Vijay Pal brings a visionary approach to ship management and maritime services. A Master Mariner (UK MCA) by profession and a business leader by passion, he has been instrumental in building and scaling successful maritime ventures in Singapore, India, and beyond.
Apart from his experience at different levels, for last 8 years Capt. Vijay held leader ship roles including CEO and Managing Director roles with Bravo Ship Management, Centrix Maritime, and Azure Maritime, where he led teams managing diverse fleets of tankers, Gas tankers, bulk carriers, and container vessels. His expertise spans technical and commercial management, crew management, vessel acquisition, and maritime investment, along with a proven track record of developing companies from the ground up and building highly efficient teams.
Driven by innovation and guided by integrity, Capt. Vijay is a visionary leader who believes in creating forward-thinking maritime organizations that blend operational excellence with modern business practices. His extensive network of shipowners, charterers, financiers, and industry partners across global markets reflects his ability to connect people, opportunities, and ideas.
Under his leadership, the company is poised to redefine how modern crewing, ship management, and maritime services are delivered — with a steadfast focus on quality, transparency, and long-term partnerships.
